Parcel dispatch
As a general rule, parcels are dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment, via UPS with a tracking number and delivery without a signature. If you prefer registered delivery via UPS Extra, an additional charge will apply. Please contact us before selecting this option. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will provide you with a link so that you can track your order online.
Delivery charges include handling and packaging costs, as well as postage. Handling charges are a fixed amount, whilst postage may vary depending on the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and delivery charges will apply to each one individually. We cannot be held responsible for any damage your parcel may sustain after dispatch, but we do our utmost to protect all fragile items.
The boxes are large and your items will be well protected.
