By using this website or placing an order through it, you consent to be bound by these Conditions and by our Privacy and Cookies Policy.
This website is operated under the name www.auresperfumes.com by PERFUMERIES AURES, S.L., a Spanish company, with registered office at Avenida Alexandre Rosselló 13, 6ºB 07002 - (Palma de Mallorca - Balearic Islands) and holding Tax ID No. B-57785503. Registered in the Mercantile Registry of Palma de Mallorca, in Volume 2523, Folio 15, Sheet PM-71080, 1st entry.
By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and that you have the legal capacity necessary to enter into contracts. Likewise, by using this website and placing orders through it, you undertake, in addition to what is included in the "Terms and conditions of use of the website" section, to:
- Use this website exclusively to make inquiries or place orders that are valid in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Refrain from placing false or fraudulent orders. In the event that there are reasonable indications that an order of such a nature has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel it and report it to the competent authorities.
- Provide an email address, home address, and/or other contact details truthfully and accurately, expressly consenting that we may use such information to establish communication with you when necessary.
Availability of the service and the products
The products offered through this website are only available for shipment to Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla), Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, and Belgium.
PERFUMERIES AURES is expressly authorized to distribute and market the brands offered on this website.
All orders are subject to availability. If difficulties in supply or lack of stock arise, we will offer alternatives of equivalent or superior quality.
How to place orders
To purchase the products marketed on this website, you must follow the online procedure and confirm by clicking "Pay". After this, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Likewise, we will inform you by email that the product is being shipped.
Delivery
Before confirming the order, the customer must select one of the following delivery methods, as best suits their needs:
- In-store pickup (Click & Collect): free. You will receive a notice when your order is available for pickup at our store during business hours.
- Free shipping: on orders equal to or greater than €50 with standard delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Timeframes and rates:
- Standard home delivery: €5 for orders under €50. Delivery to the indicated address within 24-72 business hours depending on the destination.
- Shipping to the Balearic Islands and between islands: €5 via urgent air/sea service, with usual delivery within 48-72 business hours.
- International shipping (Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland, and Belgium): €5, with estimated delivery within 2-5 business days depending on the destination country.
Please note that circumstances arising from the customization of products or unforeseen or extraordinary situations may occur that affect the delivery date.
For the purposes of these Conditions, "delivery" shall be deemed to have taken place when the customer, or a third party designated by them, acquires material possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by the signature of receipt at the agreed address.
We will send you the order without any undue delay, within the timeframes indicated above, and at the latest within 30 calendar days from the date of confirmation of the order.
Impossibility of delivery or delays
If for any reason we are unable to meet the scheduled date, the customer will be informed, offering them the possibility of continuing with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or cancelling the order with a full refund of the amount paid. In any case, except in exceptional circumstances, home deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or Sundays.
If it is not possible to deliver the order after two attempts, an alternative solution will be sought and the customer will be informed. If it is not picked up within 7 days, it will be understood that they withdraw from the contract and the amount will be refunded, deducting transport costs.
Price and payment
The prices shown on the website include VAT, excluding shipping costs. Prices may change at any time; however, except as provided above, any variations that may occur will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been issued.

- Bank transfer (with a maximum period of 7 days to confirm payment)

Vouchers or discount coupons will be subject to the conditions indicated in each campaign.
Taxes
Delivery shall be deemed to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla, in accordance with the provisions of Article 68 of Law 37/1992, of 28 December, on Value Added Tax. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any given time depending on the specific item concerned.
