By using this website or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy and Cookies Policy.

By placing an order through this website, you declare that you are over 18 years of age and have the legal capacity necessary to enter into a contract. Likewise, by using this website and placing orders through it, you agree, in addition to what is included in the "Website terms and conditions of use" section, to:
- Use this website exclusively to make inquiries or place orders that are valid under applicable regulations.
- Refrain from placing false or fraudulent orders. If there are reasonable grounds to believe that such an order has been placed, we reserve the right to cancel it and report it to the relevant authorities.

Availability of the service and products
The products offered through this website are only available for delivery to Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland and Belgium.
PERFUMERIES AURES is expressly authorized to distribute and sell the brands offered on this website.
All orders are subject to availability. Should any supply difficulties or stock shortages arise, we will offer alternatives of equivalent or superior quality.
How to place orders
To purchase the products sold on this website, you must follow the online procedure and confirm by clicking "Pay". You will then receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. We will also notify you by email once the product has been shipped.
Delivery
Before confirming the order, the customer must select one of the following delivery options, depending on their needs:
In-store pickup (Click & Collect): free of charge. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup at our store during business hours.
Free shipping: on orders of €50 or more with standard delivery to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands.
Timeframes and rates:
- Standard home delivery: €5 for orders under €50. Delivery to the address provided within 24-72 business hours, depending on the destination.
- Shipping to and between the Balearic Islands: €5 via express air/sea service, with delivery typically within 48-72 business hours.
- International shipping (Portugal, France, Italy, Germany, Ireland and Belgium): €5, with estimated delivery within 2-5 business days depending on the destination country.
Please note that circumstances arising from product customization, or unforeseen or extraordinary situations, may affect the delivery date.
For the purposes of these Terms, "delivery" shall be deemed to have taken place when the customer, or a third party designated by them, takes physical possession of the products, which shall be evidenced by a signature confirming receipt at the agreed address.
We will ship your order without undue delay, within the timeframes indicated above, and no later than 30 calendar days from the date the order is confirmed.
Delivery failure or delays
If for any reason we are unable to meet the expected delivery date, the customer will be informed and offered the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new delivery date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid. In any case, except under exceptional circumstances, home deliveries will not be made on Saturdays or Sundays.
If delivery cannot be completed after two attempts, an alternative solution will be sought and the customer will be informed. If the order is not collected within 7 days, it will be considered that the customer has withdrawn from the contract, and the amount will be refunded, minus shipping costs.
Price and payment
Prices shown on the website include VAT, excluding shipping costs. Prices may change at any time; however, except as set out above, any such changes will not affect orders for which an Order Confirmation has already been issued.

Taxes
Delivery will be deemed to take place within the territory where Spanish VAT applies if the delivery address is in Spanish territory, excluding the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, in accordance with Article 68 of Law 37/1992, of 28 December, on Value Added Tax. The applicable VAT rate will be the one legally in force at any given time, depending on the specific item concerned.
Returns
Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, and its Articles 102 and 103, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery, without needing to justify their decision. The right of withdrawal will not apply in the exceptions stated below.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify their decision by any means they deem appropriate (postal mail, email, etc.), duly sent to any of the following addresses:

In your notification, you must expressly state your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement, indicating the order number and the items to be returned. To do so, you may use, although it is not mandatory, the form based on the model set out in the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007), shown below:

Consequences of withdrawal
- We will refund all amounts paid, including shipping costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt of your withdrawal notice. However, we may withhold the refund until we have confirmed that the products have been returned in the same condition in which they were delivered.
- The customer must return all items subject to withdrawal, together with any gifts associated with the purchase, within 14 calendar days from the date they exercised this right. Withdrawal will only be valid for products returned in the same condition as when received.
- The return may be made at any of our physical stores, upon presentation of the electronic receipt, or through the courier company we will send to the address provided. Neither option will involve any additional cost to the customer.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases: (i) Products made to the customer's specifications or clearly personalized; (ii) Items sealed for health or hygiene reasons that have been unsealed after delivery, such as creams, shampoos, soaps, etc. Likewise, product returns will not be accepted if the product shows clear signs of use.
In the case of the Beauty Box, it will be considered unsealed once opened, and therefore cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Before opening the box, please make sure you do not wish to return the product.
Defective products
The Customer must inspect the products immediately upon delivery. Damage resulting from transport must be reported within a maximum of forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Other defects or lack of conformity must be reported without undue delay.
If you believe the product delivered does not match what was agreed in the contract, you must notify us immediately through our channels, providing the item details and describing the defect found.
The return may be made at any of our physical stores or through the courier service we will make available to you at the address provided. In the case of a return via courier, the product must be packaged in a way that prevents damage during shipping.
Once we receive the product, we will examine it and confirm whether the alleged defect exists. If it does, the customer may choose between replacement of the item or a full refund of the amount paid, using the same payment method used for the purchase, including shipping costs.
Legal warranty
All products offered on our website are covered by the legal warranty of conformity in accordance with current regulations. PERFUMERIES AURES undertakes to deliver items that comply with the terms of the contract and will be liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery.
For a product to be considered in conformity with the contract, it must: (i) Be fit for the purposes for which goods of the same type are normally used; (ii) Match the description provided by the seller and have the characteristics advertised; and (iii) Have the quality that the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account public statements made by the seller or manufacturer, particularly in advertising and labeling.
The right to claim for lack of conformity expires three (3) years from delivery of the product, provided the purchase was made as a consumer. The customer may choose between repair or replacement of the item. If neither option is feasible, PERFUMERIES AURES will refund the price paid.
Liability
Unless these Terms expressly state otherwise, our liability with respect to any product purchased on the website will be limited to the amount paid for that item. However, this limitation will not apply in the following cases: (i) Personal injury or death resulting from our negligence; (ii) Acts of fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (iii) Any situation in which the law prohibits excluding or restricting liability.
Except as stated above, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for the following losses, regardless of their origin: (i) Loss of income or sales; (ii) Loss of business or contracts; (iii) Loss of profits; (iv) Loss of anticipated savings; (v) Loss of data; (vi) Loss of management time or administrative resources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties are excluded, except those that cannot legitimately be excluded with respect to consumers and users. This clause does not affect the consumer's legal rights or their right to withdraw from the contract.
PERFUMERIES AURES will not be liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its contractual obligations when due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. These causes include, without limitation:
- Strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes.
- Riots, uprisings, invasions, acts of terrorism or threats thereof, declared or undeclared war, or preparations for war.
- Fires, explosions, storms, floods, earthquakes, subsidence, epidemics or other natural disasters.
- Inability to use public or private means of transport (trains, ships, planes, vehicles).
- Failures in public or private telecommunications systems.
- Acts, legal provisions, regulations or restrictions imposed by government authorities.
- Strikes, accidents or disruptions in maritime, river, postal or any other means of transport.
For the duration of the force majeure event, PERFUMERIES AURES's obligations will be suspended, and the deadlines for fulfilling them will be extended for an equivalent period. PERFUMERIES AURES will use all reasonable means to end the situation or seek solutions that allow the contract to be fulfilled despite the contingency.
Notifications
Current regulations require certain communications to be made in writing. By using this website, the user agrees that most notifications and communications will be made electronically. We will contact you by email or by posting notices on the website itself.
For contractual purposes, the customer consents to the use of this system and acknowledges that any contract, notice, information or other communication sent electronically meets the legal requirements of being in writing. This provision does not limit or affect the rights recognized by law to the consumer.
Communications that the customer sends to us should preferably be sent through the contact form available on our website. Unless otherwise indicated, we may send our notifications to the email address or postal address provided by the user when placing the order.
Miscellaneous
If any of these Terms or any provision of the Contract is declared null and void by a final ruling of a competent authority, the remaining terms and conditions will remain in force and will not be affected by such declaration of nullity.
These Terms, together with the documents expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between the customer and PERFUMERIES AURES regarding its subject matter, superseding any prior agreement, arrangement or promise, whether verbal or written.
Both parties acknowledge that they have entered into the contract without relying on any statements or promises other than those expressly set out in these Terms. Neither party may bring a claim for inaccurate statements made before the date of the contract, unless such statements were made fraudulently. The only remedy available shall be for breach of contract as set out in these Terms.
PERFUMERIES AURES may modify these Terms at any time. You will be subject to the Terms in force at the time you use the website or place orders, unless changes must be made retroactively to these policies, Terms or Privacy Policy by law or by decision of government or judicial bodies, in which case any such changes will also affect orders you have previously placed.
The fact that PERFUMERIES AURES does not, at any given time, require strict compliance with the obligations assumed by the customer under the contract or these Terms, or does not exercise the rights or actions available to it, will not imply any waiver or limitation of such rights, nor will it release the user from complying with their obligations.
Likewise, a specific waiver by PERFUMERIES AURES will not imply a waiver of other rights or actions arising from the contract or the Terms. No waiver will be valid unless expressly stated as such, made in writing, and duly communicated.
PERFUMERIES AURES may assign, transfer, encumber, subcontract or transfer the contract, as well as the rights and obligations arising from it, at any time during its term. These operations will not affect the rights recognized to the consumer by law, nor will they limit the warranties granted, whether express or implied.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The use of our website and purchase contracts will be governed by Spanish law. The parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
